This policy applies to domestic (Canada) and American orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

We charge you the following for shipping on all US orders:

  • Standard CA$75.00 and up (3-10 Business Days)  - Free Shipping        
  • Standard  CA$0.00–CA$74.99 (3-10 Business Days) - CA$9.99 

**All other shipping options will be calculated using carrier rates. Free shipping for CA$75 and up before tax and after discounts applied. **

 

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 9 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM  Eastern Standard Time. Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).

C. Delivery Terms:

Our carrier providers are Canada Post and UPS.

E.  Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@wandershop.ca


F. Cancellations:

Once in transit, cancellations are unaccepted. See refund & exchange policy for further information.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit or Stolen Packages:

While we take all possible measures to ensure your order is packaged securely, there is a possibility that packages may sustain damage during transit. If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and document the damage and contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been successfully delivered to the address you provided. 

H. Address Accuracy and Important Information

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We rely on the information you provide to deliver your order correctly. Any errors or inaccuracies in the address you provide may lead to delays, misdelivery, or even the loss of your package.

Shipping Responsibilities: Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery is transferred to them. We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure your orders reach you in the best condition possible. However, please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as weather delays or shipping carrier issues, may occasionally impact the delivery timeframe.

In summary, we are not responsible for:

  • Damages incurred during shipping and handling by the carrier.
  • Lost or stolen packages after successful delivery to the provided address.
  • Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer during checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping.
  • Packages that are refused or unclaimed by the recipient.
  • Changes in package delivery status after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer.
  • Any additional charges or penalties imposed by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
  • Any personal data breaches or security issues related to the shipping carrier's systems.
